Returns and Refunds

Proof of Purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

 -The return reason must be identical to the conditions of acceptance of returns (please see the conditions below)

-the method of recovering the value of the product that suits you by bank transfer or a purchase slip on our site with the value of the products retrieved, and any additional information consequential (ID number as an example in the case of cashback)

Please contact customer service within 24 hours if a damaged/incomplete product is received during the shipment process. In this case all products are returned in addition to the attached free gifts. If all products are not returned, the return process will be rejected

We'll check the product you want to return. If there is no damage due to misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the manner appropriate to you. The refund will be made within 3-5 days from the receipt of the returned product by the competent team. 

If during the examination the product to be retrieved is found to be free of the reason stated in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you and if the replacement or retrieval conditions below apply to you, the Customer service team will contact you to agree on the way to redeem the product. In case of replacement of a non-defective product, we will send you a non-exempt shipping voucher and if the replaced product is defective, we will send you a free shipping voucher to get the product without shipping charges.

Perfume is retrieved or replaced with the following things

That there are defects in the industry is the following

-There should be a leak in the fragrance.

-Printing or product name is not clear.

-There should be a clear fracture or split.

The conditions for replacing a defective product are as follows

-Do not use the perfume and deliver it to the agent from us as well as you received an envelope and in case of replacement of a defective product the customer bears the charge of shipping the product.

-If a corrupted Meng is replaced, the customer is not charged for shipping.

Return process: how the customer sees it

In order to do this, he/she must do the following:

·        Access the "Orders history" section of his/her account.

·        Select the order from which he/she wants to return an item by clicking on "Details".

·        Select the product(s) that he/she wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

·        Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).

·        (optional) In the "Merchandise return" section, add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.

·        Click on "Request a return".
